I’ve done some pretty incredible work over the years.

My experience.

  • The Experience Alchemists (2020 - Present)

I co-founded this B Corp certified boutique experience design consultancy in 2020. We specialize in audience engagement, masterful project management, and creative projects of all kinds. We serve a diverse (mostly) non-profit clientele by driving people-focused strategies, enhancing institutional narratives, and delivering transformative visitor experiences.

  • The Center for the Arts Natick (2024 - Present)

My passion-driven side hustle is part time event management at my local arts center. This has been a wonderful opportunity to take an active, hands-on role in the performing arts world I love so dearly; run a facility, interact with artists, and manage a robust group of volunteers.

  • Museum Services LLC (2017 - 2020)

This independent, eponymous consultancy served art and culture organizations looking to refine audience engagement, project management, and operational processes. I also supported large-scale creative initiatives via team leadership, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, artist support, and partner communications.

  • Peabody Essex Museum (2012 - 2016)

As a mid-career leader at this museum known for its interdisciplinary innovation, I managed an extensive portfolio of exhibition and special projects. I oversaw all phases from concept to execution, guiding curators, designers, educators, and marketing teams to create cohesive and impactful visitor experiences all while keeping complex schedules and multi-million dollar budgets in line.

  • Walters Art Museum (2006 - 2010)

As Head of Exhibition Project Management, I led the development and implementation of high-profile exhibitions, both in-house and traveling, with a focus on operational efficiency, budget management, and cross-functional team leadership.

  • US Holocaust Memorial Museum (2004 - 2006)

This position demanded the management of this cornerstone institution’s traveling exhibitions program. I placed and toured dozens of exhibitions large and small throughout the United States and Canada; contract negotiations, shipping arrangements, scheduling, and venue support and consultation.
