As an independent consultant and, subsequently, as a Principal with The Experience Alchemists, I worked with American Ancestors for over five years to transform a research library and archive into an engaging public facing family history center. First through the development of a strategy based Master Interpretive Plan and then via project management, content development, design, and implementation.
As project lead for this new 15,000 square foot space, I worked to provide a holistic design of the visitor experience while working in close concert with the client and the project architects as well as an assembled team of designers, writers, artists, and technical experts.
