As an independent consultant and, subsequently, as a Principal with The Experience Alchemists, I have served as a leader of the Green Ribbon Commission’s Cultural Institutions Working Group for the last six years. Through this vital work, I have had the privilege to help build a coalition of Boston’s most important cultural players to tackle the issue of climate change in close partnership with the City of Boston.
